In-Line UV Coatings

In addition to UV ink and printing technology, we also offer the ability to UV coat in-line with during the printing process.  The available cost savings by producing the desired outcome in a single pass instead of off-line coating is quite an advantage.  Furthermore, projects with critical registration of the coating and the printing is achieved with precision via these in-line capabilities.

• Standard Coatings – there are a variety of gloss and satin coatings with varying degree of gloss levels. Additionally, there are coatings that can be foil stamped, written on and glued.
• Pearlescent Coatings – additives can be introduced into the coating to create a pearlescent effect with various shades and colors available.
• Specialty Coatings – other coatings available are textured coatings, heat sensitive coatings (change color when touched), scented coating, and scratch-off coatings.
